Return policy

If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is caused by the customer, you should be responsible for the shipping fee. You are responsible for the return shipping label, the specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, you can keep the goods and receive a full refund or replacement. Reasons of exchange or refund request are identified as our errors  in case of:

  • Wrong item received
  • Missing order
  • Never received
  • Item damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect size, color, or style compared to the order
  • Other confirmed issues caused by us
How to start your return or exchange request

To begin the return process, please contact us via email support@greeningmat.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Details of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Solution you expect: exchange, return, or refund

Your request will be reviewed, we’ll notify you via email whether your request is approved or denied. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within a few business days, or a replacement will be sent to you.

Return reminder

If the return is caused by the customer, you should be responsible for the shipping fee. You are responsible for the return shipping label.

Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. Return instructions and return address will be provided when your request is accepted.

Order cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order after payment has been processed , please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to return the item for a refund.

Refund

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company - posting may take time.
  • Check with your bank - processing times may vary.
